One day, you'll wish you'd asked
What was Mom's first job? Where did Dad propose? What did Grandma dream of being as a little girl? These stories live in the people you love — and they won't be there forever.
"I wish I'd asked my grandmother about her life before she was gone. Now those stories are lost."
Family Stori makes sure that never happens. Three questions a week. Their words, their voice, their photos. A year from now, you'll have a treasure no amount of money could buy.

Questions you might have
What if they're not good with technology?
That's exactly who this is for. Big text, simple buttons, speech-to-text so they can just talk. If they can send a text message, they can use Family Stori. And we never ask them to download, install, or update anything complicated.
What if they fall behind on questions?
No guilt, ever. Questions wait patiently. If they miss a week, we gently pause new questions and surface easy catch-up ones. They can also activate Vacation Mode to pause for up to 4 weeks. Their family gets a nice note: "Taking a break — back soon."
Do family members need to download an app?
No. Family members get a beautiful email every Sunday with all the week's answers and a quiz link. Everything works in their email and browser — no app required. If they want push notifications, they can optionally download the free app.
What happens to the stories after the year?
They're yours forever to download — text, photos, and videos. You can also order a beautiful printed hardcover book of all their answers. If the subscription isn't renewed, we keep everything safe for 12 months so you have plenty of time to download.
My family speaks different languages — does that work?
Perfectly. The storyteller answers in their language. Family members read in theirs. Our AI translates everything naturally — not robotic machine translation, but warm, human-sounding language. We support 30 languages including Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, and Turkish.
Can I ask my own questions?
Yes! Family members can submit custom questions. Other family members vote on the best ones, and the highest-voted question gets delivered to the storyteller. It's a beautiful way to ask what you've always wanted to know.
What makes this different from StoryWorth?
StoryWorth sends questions and makes a book. We do that too — plus weekly family quizzes, head-to-head challenges, a leaderboard, social sharing, video answers, speech-to-text, 30 languages with AI translation, and holiday specials for Christmas and Mother's Day. It's a family game, not just a journal.
